- Broker Application Package (w/required attachments)
- FHA Addendum (if FHA approval is desired)
Approved Brokers renewing and adding FHA Approval need to complete the following:
- Updated Broker Agreement
- FHA Addendum
- Provide most recent audited financial statement
- Provide most recent internally prepared quarterly financials
- Provide QC policies & procedures
Approved Brokers renewing without FHA need to complete the following:
- Updated Broker Agreement
- Provide most recent audited financial statement (if available)
- Provide most recent internally prepared quarterly financials
- Provide QC policies & procedures
