New Brokers (not previously approved or no fundings in last 12 months) need to complete the following:
  1. Broker Application Package (w/required attachments)
  2. FHA Addendum (if FHA approval is desired)
Approved Brokers renewing and adding FHA Approval need to complete the following:
  1. Updated Broker Agreement
  2. FHA Addendum
  3. Provide most recent audited financial statement 
  4. Provide most recent internally prepared quarterly financials
  5. Provide QC policies & procedures
Approved Brokers renewing without FHA need to complete the following:
  1. Updated Broker Agreement
  2. Provide most recent audited financial statement (if available)
  3. Provide most recent internally prepared quarterly financials
  4. Provide QC policies & procedures
